Tom's Letter 22nd. December 1933

 

This letter was written by the Headmaster of Blaenrhondda School on 22nd. December 1933 and referred to my Father-in-Law Thomas John George Bibey.

The letter was to certify that Tom had completed his education and was 14 years of age and therefore able to leave school and seek employment.

No boy could seek employment without such a letter
